1. Organizational Status

BRMC is a musician-led nonprofit organization. Certain organizational structures, governance details, or programs described on this Site may be provisional and subject to formal adoption, amendment, or ratification by the organization’s governing body.

2. Relationship to Black Rock Philharmonic

Black Rock Philharmonic is a project of the Black Rock Musicians Collective. References to Black Rock Philharmonic on this Site describe artistic and community activities organized or supported by BRMC and do not constitute a separate legal entity unless explicitly stated.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

• Do not post or transmit unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or misleading material.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Site.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.

4. Informational Purposes Only

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, information may change as the organization evolves. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Participation, Sign-Ups & Expressions of Interest

Any forms, applications, sign-ups, or expressions of interest submitted through the Site:

• Do not guarantee participation, selection, leadership roles, or artistic placement.
• May be used for planning, communication, and organizational outreach.
• Are subject to review, availability, and organizational policies.

Participation may require additional agreements, waivers, codes of conduct, or confirmations at a later date.

6. Artistic Participation & Conduct

All participants are expected to uphold standards of professionalism, mutual respect, collaboration, and safety. BRMC may establish codes of conduct and may remove participants whose behavior is inconsistent with these values.

7. Images, Video, and Media

The Site may include photographs, screenshots, logos, design elements, and videos (collectively, “Media”). Unless otherwise stated:

• Media is owned by BRMC and/or licensed to BRMC, or used with permission, credit, or other lawful basis.
• Some Media may be credited to individual creators and used with their consent or under applicable rights and policies.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the Media for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the rights holder.

If you believe any Media on this Site infringes your rights, please contact us with (a) a link to the material, (b) proof of ownership/authorization, and (c) the requested remedy (removal, credit correction, etc.). We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
